Chris Sandham is the Managing Director of M&T Resources, the Contracting and Recruitment business of SMS Management & Technology.

Chris joined SMS Management and Technology in Sydney in January 2003 as the NSW Regional Director for M&T Resources the newly branded I.T. Contract and Permanent Recruitment division. In 2006 Chris relocated to the UK with SMS where he was part of the UK operation. In March 2010 Chris rejoined the business as National Sales Director and became Managing Director of M&T Resources in November 2010.
