One of our clients, a major telecommunications services provider, needed rollout support for a major desktop rollout into regional centres of Queensland. Contractors needed to have technical skills as well as 24/7 availability, as a deadline of Monday morning was in place to ensure system availability.

Our Account Manager called the TAFE Colleges in those regional areas and asked to speak to the senior IT lecturer, who gave her 3 or 4 of their best resources. These resources were deployed to roll the systems out. Areas involved were Townsville, Cairns, Maryborough, Toowoomba, Gold Coast and Charters Towers.

All rollout tasks were completed on time. Our client was very happy with the outcomes.
