Nat is an experienced Project Manager with 10 years experience within the Financial Industry.

Nat has predominately focused his career on software related projects and has completed his certificate in Project Management.

Nat is highly competent within the following areas:

• Managing and successfully implementing IT projects on time and on budget in a large organisation
• Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues across multiple teams.
• Managing, leading and motivating project teams
• Ability to translate business requirements into IT architecture solutions; ability to identify multiple technical alternatives.
• Ability to think clearly, decisively and delivery focused
• Very strong technical background (UNIX, Oracle, SQL Server, Delphi, .NET, VB, web applications)
• Practical experience managing projects through the traditional SDLC, agile development, or prototyping.
• Pro-active in relation to change and risk to ensure successful outcomes.Nat is a friendly candidate who is a true team player.

Nat takes pride in always delivery projects on time and within budget.  He has a good solid understanding of a variety of different methodologies and processes. These include PMBOK, Prince 2 and Agile.
