Peter utilises multiple methodologies across different business units to deliver projects (e.g. Agile, Customer Based Design, PRINCE2 based Project Management Methodology).  Peter has been a key advocate in developing, educating and embedding these practices across several divisions of large corporate clients. He has consistently demonstrates his ability to use the appropriate elements of all of these methodologies across diverse programs of work and previous colleagues have been quick to praise his ability to deliver in often highly challenging circumstances.

Among Peter’s achievements he lists his ability to justify the need for project management methodology within an organization which had none and then implement this methodology at the coal face! Peter recognizes that the difference between a successful project and a failure is continued communication and active change management. Not only does he understand the principals of good change management he knows how and where to apply these principals.

Peter is a former contractor of M&T Resources who is always focused on successful delivery. He is friendly, a team player, able to communicate and sell ideas effectively at board level and possesses a solid theoretical understanding and practical application of Project Management methodologies.
