A client facing technical consultant with experience of providing business focussed ICT advice and technical solutions to businesses and organisations, including Infrastructure, Video Conferencing, Tandberg, Codian, Polycom, Voice solutions, Call Manager, Unified Contact Centre Express Networking, Software/Hardware, Search Engine Optimisation, Content Management Systems, Client Relationship Management Systems and e-Commerce Solutions.
Key Achievements and Strengths
- Supporting and managing over 3300 VC end points comprising of Polycom and Tandberg in over 2200 different locations
- Supporting and managing over 2200 Cisco VoIP devices
- Unified Contact Centre Express V7 (UCCX), Call Manager V7, Tandberg Management Suite (Tandberg TMS), Global Management System (Polycom GMS), Polycom Path Navigator Gatekeeper, Codian MCU, Codian IPVCR, Polycom MCU, Tandberg VCS, Polycom V2iU Firewall Traversal
- Working with large Australian Government department to analyse technical issues. Provide support for over 1.5 Million users throughout NSW. Working with Microsoft, Oracle and Novell systems. Using the ITIL framework and working toward KPIs
