June 2011, M&T Resources saw the launch of the new client brochure. It is intended to introduce a new look and feel to the organisation. Our clear differential in the market is our people and I have purposely included the staff in this publication so that you get a feel of our culture, which is very important in todays market. The exert below is taken from the first page;

It's fair to say we think we're a little different.....And that's a good thing!

It might not be earth shattering, but we'd like to think you'll notice something a little different about us. Perhaps our affable approach is more refreshing - that in a complex world full of expectations you'll discover a group of people who you can genuinely feel like partnering with to meet like-minded goals.

While many might say, "Our people are our greatest asset", we actually believe it. And we think you will too. Our clients tell us over and over again: it's why they come back. A little bit of each of us goes into every engagement. Our people and the results they achieve are the very reason we still represent a number of clients for more than twenty years now.

Is it how we greet you? Or is it how we meet you? Or simply how we talk with you? Everything we do, all our actions, are aligned with our core values - RESPECT.
