Christy Roy is an Account Manager within the M&T Resources team in Melbourne, Victoria. Christy works closely with our government and council clients.
Christy transitioned into recruitment in 2016 following an initial specialisation in training and psychology. She has a passion for supporting candidates and clients to achieve success through exceptional talent acquisition across organisations of all scales and sectors. Christy has formal qualifications and accreditation in psychology and has a particular interest in learning and development, life coaching, cultural change, leadership and behavioural skills, and performance enhancement.
Her work ethic is based on continuous improvement and she thoroughly enjoys helping clients to thrive through over-performance. Recruiting people to fit within corporate culture and finding not only skilled employees, but the right employees, is what drives her every day. Christy is highly commercially driven and understands the relationship between well-structured talent strategy to business success. This, together with the clarity of her communication, her ability to identify client objectives and translate this into her service delivery has set her apart from her peers.
