Fight Like a Girl

In continuation of our celebration and support of women in all aspects of their lives, M&T Resources is hosting “Fight Like a Girl”. Following a breakfast buffet, world champion Jiu Jitsu instructors will introduce a variety of self-defence techniques which will be practiced and perfected in a fun and friendly workshop environment.
