- We used Enterprise LinkedIn Recruiter to list targeted jobs on our Career page (5,000+ followers). Our job postings were keyword optimised to hit the right target.
- Our Recruitment Consultants used LinkedIn Premium Accounts to continuously network with Siebel professionals.
- Five candidates were hired within three weeks (Siebel Testers, Siebel Business Analyst, Siebel Developer).
- 55.6% success fill rate (number of candidates submitted vs hired).
- All candidates received excellent performance feedback. Their contracts were extended by DSS.
- The number of placements we made on this project for DSS made us one of the biggest suppliers to DSS.
