Hannah Watson

Hannah is an Account Manager in M&T Resources’ QLD team, bringing seven years of recruitment experience across operations and account management. While she is not tied to one specific sector, Hannah has built strong experience within Data and Analytics recruitment, along with broader technology roles and some work across ESG.

“I love the great outdoors and good food. I also focus on building community through personal side projects here in Brisbane.”

Born and raised in Brisbane, Hannah found her way into recruitment after exploring a range of industries and roles early in her career. While each experience taught her something different, none quite offered the long-term impact she was looking for. Recruitment changed that.

“It took me a few years to find recruitment, but it clicked straight away.”

For Hannah, the best part of the role is the opportunity to connect people, build teams and support organisations to achieve meaningful outcomes. She is naturally curious, always learning and values a smooth, well-run process that makes life easier for clients, candidates and colleagues alike.

Community is also a big part of what she enjoys about recruitment. From sponsoring events to supporting industry groups and facilitating sessions of her own, Hannah sees it as a valuable way to understand the market, share knowledge and build genuine relationships.

Hannah was drawn to M&T Resources after hearing great things about the Brisbane team and feeling aligned with the way the business operates in the market.

Outside of work, Hannah’s weekends are rarely the same twice. She might make a spontaneous decision to head away, try something new, spend time outdoors, bake or enjoy a low-key day at home.
