Online Trade promotion – Terms & Conditions (Australia)

1. Promoter
This trade promotion is run by M&T Resources Pty Ltd ABN 27 132 349 458, located in New South Wales, Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of the promoter and their immediate family members cannot enter.
  • By entering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Trade promotion period

  • Opens: 13th May at 9.00am AEST
  • Closes: 9th June at 9.00pm AEST

Entries submitted outside this time will not be accepted.

4. How to enter
To enter the promotion, eligible participants must complete and submit the relevant M&T customer survey during the Promotion Period. Upon successful submission of the survey, the participant will automatically receive one entry into the prize draw.

  • No additional payment, purchase, or fee is required to enter.
  • Limit of one entry per person unless otherwise specified.
  • This is an online only trade promotion.
  • Value limit: $1,000.

5. Permit information
This trade promotion does not require a permit under Australian legislation.

6. Prizes

  • Prize: $1000 gift card issued by Luxury Escapes Travel Pty Ltd.
  • Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
  • If a prize is unavailable, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Draw & winner selection

  • The draw will be conducted online on 10th June 2026.
  • Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
  • The promoter’s decision is final.

8. Winner notification

  • Winners will be contacted by email within 2 days of the draw.
  • The winner’s name may be published on our website or social media if required by law.
  • If a winner does not respond within 5 days, a redraw may take place.

9. Prize delivery

  • Prizes will be delivered digitally or posted within 1 day of confirmation.
  • Any costs related to using the prize are the winner’s responsibility.

10. Privacy

  • Personal information is collected to run this trade promotion.
  • Information is handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
  • Details are not shared except as required by law.

11. Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury related to entering or winning.
  • Rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

12. Changes

  • We may cancel or change the trade promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Any changes will be posted on this website.

13. Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
