We are currently seeking an experienced Program Analyst to join a large-scale Transformation Portfolio, supporting a high-profile program of work within a leading financial services organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across governance, reporting, financial management, and delivery coordination, while partnering with Program Managers and project teams to drive successful outcomes.

Accountabilities: 

• Supporting program governance, reporting, and delivery activities across multiple workstreams
• Managing program reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, and action tracking
• Assisting with financial tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and program administration
• Coordinating stakeholder updates, governance forums, and key program documentation
• Supporting planning activities and ensuring alignment across project streams

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Program Analyst within a large transformation or change environment
• Strong governance, reporting, and program coordination skills
• Experience supporting financial tracking, budgets, and forecasts
• Ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement activities
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple priorities
