Role: Iteration Manager- Fixed Wireless
Location: Melbourne CBD

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Iteration Manager to support the delivery of Fixed Wireless initiatives within our client’s network and lab environments.
This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day delivery activities, coordinating work flowing through Program Increment (PI) planning, supporting Fixed Wireless environments, and allocating work across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day flow of work across Fixed Wireless and lab environments.
  • Coordinate and prioritise incoming work from PI planning cycles.
  • Break down high-level requirements into actionable tasks for engineering teams.
  • Assign and track work across engineers, ensuring delivery timelines are met.
  • Support Fixed Wireless environments, including issue resolution, testing, and release readiness activities.
  • Coordinate lab operations, including environment setup, configuration, and validation activities.
  • Monitor delivery progress, identify risks and blockers, and drive timely resolution.
  • Facilitate collaboration between engineering, operations, and program stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on delivery status, priorities, and dependencies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as an Iteration Manager, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar Agile delivery role.
  • Experience working within telecommunications, network delivery, or Fixed Wireless environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices, including PI Planning and backlog management.
  • Experience coordinating technical teams and managing competing priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery management tools.
  • Agile or SAFe certification is desirable.
