We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support the successful delivery and adoption of digital systems, platforms, and technology initiatives within a large, complex organisation. This role will play a key part in helping the business prepare for, adopt, and embed ongoing technology changes.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a significant transformation portfolio, working across stakeholder engagement, business readiness, change impact assessments, communications, and user adoption activities.

Key Responsibilities
– Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
– Support business readiness and deployment planning
– Develop and deliver change communications
– Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagement activities
– Drive user adoption and embedding of new systems
– Collaborate with project teams, SMEs, vendors, and business stakeholders

About You
You will bring strong experience as a Change Analyst, Business Readiness Analyst, or Change Management professional, working across technology, digital, or business transformation programs. You’ll be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels and translating complex change into practical outcomes.

Essential Experience
– Change management or business readiness experience
– Digital, technology, or transformation project experience
– Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
– Change impact assessments and readiness activities
– Strong communication and facilitation skills
– Ability to drive adoption and support successful change outcomes

Highly Regarded
– Power BI or data transformation projects
– SAP or enterprise system implementations
– Cloud migration programs
– AI or automation initiatives
– SharePoint or internal communications platforms
– Experience developing heatmaps or change artefacts
