Solution Architect (ERP & Enterprise Applications)

Join a major Federal Government transformation program and play a key role in shaping the future state architecture of critical enterprise systems.

We’re seeking an experienced Solution Architect to provide strategic and technical leadership across application architecture, cloud solutions, governance, and enterprise platform modernisation initiatives. You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and fit-for-purpose solutions that support organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review solution and application architectures
• Provide architecture guidance for ERP and enterprise platforms
• Assess existing cloud and on-premise applications
• Produce architecture documentation, roadmaps and recommendations
• Support ICT transformation and modernisation initiatives
• Ensure alignment with security, governance and technology standards
• Engage with business stakeholders, project teams and senior executives

Essential Skills & Experience

• 5+ years’ experience as a Solution or Application Architect
• Strong cloud architecture experience (Azure and/or AWS)
• Enterprise application and solution design expertise
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and governance capabilities
• Active AGSVA Baseline Clearance with ability to obtain NV1

Desirable Experience

• ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, TechnologyOne, etc.)
• ServiceNow
• Federal Government ICT environments
• Large-scale digital transformation programs
• Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)

Australia-wide locations considered (Canberra preferred)
Hybrid working arrangements available
Contract to June 2027 with extension options
Baseline Clearance required
