The Role
M&T Resources is seeking an experienced Identity Specialist to provide technical leadership on an initial 6-month contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team and contribute to major enterprise identity initiatives, enhancing identity services and strengthening security.
Skills & Experience
In this newly established role, you will:
- Manage and optimise Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and PingOne AIC.
- Enhance hybrid identity synchronisation, identity governance and access lifecycle management.
- Strengthen privileged access security, authentication and federation.
- Provide technical leadership, resolve complex technical issues and mentor team members.
About You
You will bring:
- Strong experience in enterprise IAM and hybrid identity environments.
- Knowledge of PIM, PAM, JIT, JEA, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and directory protocols.
- Experience with PowerShell automation, Microsoft Graph API and cloud platforms, including AWS.
- Excellent problem-solving, technical leadership and communication skills.
Experience with SailPoint, CyberArk and relevant identity or cloud certifications would be highly regarded.
