Chloe Caldwell

Chloe is a Recruitment Consultant in M&T Resources’ Canberra team, working across the Infrastructure sector. With 1.5 years’ experience in recruitment, she has built a strong foundation across Business Development and HR roles, along with Engineering recruitment within the Federal Government environment.

Chloe is someone who genuinely enjoys the people side of recruitment. She thrives on connecting great people with the right opportunities and loves building relationships that matter. Whether she is speaking with candidates, learning about a new role or supporting a client’s hiring needs, Chloe brings energy, curiosity and a natural ability to keep the conversation flowing.

After finishing school, Chloe chose to move straight into full-time work, which led her to an internship in recruitment. Coming from a hospitality background, the industry was completely new to her, but she quickly found her feet and has loved it ever since.

What attracted Chloe to M&T Resources was the opportunity to develop her career. She was excited by the courses, programs and support available, and saw M&T as the right place to keep growing.

Chloe is driven by the feeling of success, whether that means making a placement, learning something new or achieving a personal goal. One of her proudest moments was making her first placement just three months into her internship, a milestone that gave her confidence and showed her what was possible in recruitment.

Outside of work, Chloe loves to travel, stay fit and spend time with friends and family. On weekends, you might find her at the gym, camping by the beach, testing out new restaurants around Canberra, watching the footy or heading off on a 4WD adventure with her dog
