Dustin Pineda

Dustin is a Senior Recruitment Consultant in M&T Resources’ NSW team, bringing more than 10 years of recruitment experience across Finance, Telecommunications, Insurance, Government and other sectors.

Dustin recruits across a wide range of technology roles, including Software Developers and Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Network Engineers and Network Administrators. With a natural interest in technology and a strong ability to connect with people, he brings both technical understanding and a relationship-focused approach to the role.

Dustin grew up in Davao in the Philippines and spent a year in China for international studies after graduating high school. His background has given him a strong appreciation for different cultures, including the Filipino and Chinese traditions that remain an important part of his life.

Recruitment found Dustin when a recruiter contacted him and suggested he would make a strong technical recruiter. With his interest in technology and his enjoyment of networking with people, it proved to be the right fit.

Outside of work, Dustin enjoys a calm weekend at home, usually cooking, watching anime or playing games. His steady outlook carries through to his work, where he values patience, resilience and helping people move forward with confidence.
