Poojitha Venkatraopeta

Poojitha brings a thoughtful, values-led approach to her role as Senior Recruitment Consultant in M&T Resources’ QLD team. Working with government clients, she recruits across a range of technology roles including Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers and Architects.

Originally from India, Poojitha relocated to Australia in 2017 with her family and began her recruitment career the following year. Before moving into recruitment, she worked as an HR Assistant in India, building a strong foundation in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. That experience helped shape her interest in people, potential and the impact a well-matched opportunity can have.
