Sabeena is a Recruitment Consultant in M&T Resources’ Sydney office, specialising in technology recruitment across IT, Digital and Government. With 15 years of recruitment experience, Sabeena is passionate about building genuine relationships and helping people find opportunities that can change their careers.
Having grown up in Saudi Arabia and worked in India before moving to Australia in 2019, Sabeena has experienced firsthand what it’s like to start fresh and embrace new opportunities. It’s one of the reasons she loves recruitment, helping people take the next step in their professional journey and achieve their goals.
Since entering the industry, she’s built a strong reputation for finding exceptional technology talent, particularly those hard-to-find candidates who are the right fit both technically and culturally.

One of her proudest achievements was leading her family’s move to Australia and securing permanent residency.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find Sabeena spending time with her husband and son, enjoying Sydney’s coastal walks, cooking for family and friends, or catching up with loved ones over a cup of chai. Honesty, integrity and staying grounded are values that guide both her life and career.
