With more than 20 years dedicated entirely to IT recruitment, Wendy brings deep market knowledge and a highly experienced eye to her role as Senior Recruitment Consultant in M&T Resources’ Melbourne team.

Wendy was born in Malaysia and has spent most of her life in Australia. Her pathway into recruitment came through someone close to her who was already working in the industry and introduced her to the role. It proved to be a strong fit, giving Wendy a career where she could combine people skills, market understanding and the satisfaction of helping candidates find the right next step.

Over the years, Wendy has developed a strong reputation for sourcing and identifying quality IT candidates. She enjoys the search process and is especially good at uncovering talent that aligns with what clients need. Just as importantly, candidates enjoy working with her and often refer friends and colleagues, a reflection of the trust she has built across the market.

Outside of work, Wendy enjoys staying active at the gym and catching up with friends. She also has a long-standing love of music and has played piano for many years. When it is time to switch off, she is just as happy settling in with a good horror movie.
