About the role:
As the Application Support Analyst you will provide day‑to‑day support, administration, and enhancement of enterprise systems, focusing on TechnologyOne Ci Anywhere modules (Financials, Procurement, Asset Management).
You will deliver Level 2/3 support, troubleshooting, and minor configuration, while assisting with testing, documentation, training, and vendor coordination to manage the BAU workload.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver Level 2/3 support for TechnologyOne CES modules.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents, applying fixes or workarounds.
- Coordinate with stakeholders/vendors on issues, patches, and configurations.
- Support testing for patches, releases, and upgrades.
- Maintain documentation, knowledge base, and training materials.
- Ensure compliance through change management processes.
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues proactively.
- Manage user access and security roles as delegated.
Required skills and experience:
- Application support experience in local government/enterprise environments
- Knowledge of TechnologyOne Ci Anywhere CES (Finance, Assets, Procurement) is highly desirable
- Working knowledge of ITIL practices and ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
- Understanding of system configuration, integration, and support
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- National Criminal History Check & Working with Children Check
- Diploma/degree in IT or equivalent experience
Desirable
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
- SQL skills
- Experience in Agile/DevOps environments
- Knowledge of integration tools/APIs
