We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale Cyber Security transformation program within a complex enterprise environment. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the successful adoption of cyber security initiatives through effective stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and change management practices.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a business-critical cyber security program, working across multiple workstreams to drive organisational readiness, user adoption, and sustainable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Change-Management Strategies across multiple initiatives.
• Deliver stakeholder engagement, communication, and business readiness plans.
• Conduct organisational impact and change risk assessments.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder consultations, and change activities.
• Develop adoption, reinforcement, and training strategies.
• Measure and report on organisational readiness, adoption, and change effectiveness.
• Partner with program leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders to support successful implementation outcomes.

About You

You will bring strong experience as a Change Manager working across complex, multi-stream programs, with the ability to manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders, and drive successful organisational change outcomes.

Essential Experience

• 10+ years’ experience delivering organisational change initiatives within large and complex organisations.
• Proven experience supporting Cyber Security, technology transformation, or enterprise-wide programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
• Experience developing change, communication, training, and readiness strategies.
• Experience conducting impact assessments, change risk assessments, and adoption planning.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into meaningful business outcomes.
• Recognised Change-Management certification (Prosci, APMG, or equivalent).

Highly Regarded

• Experience within utilities, energy, critical infrastructure, or highly regulated environments.
• Experience delivering change outcomes within large transformation programs.
• Knowledge of cyber security concepts, controls, and risk management frameworks.
• Tools & Technologies: Prosci ADKAR, APMG-Change-Management, Microsoft 365, Project & Program Governance Frameworks.
