We are exclusively supporting a client to recruit an IT Procurement & Licensing Administration Officer who will work closely with a growing Technology team across procurement coordination, licensing management, vendor engagement and IT asset administration. This is a hands-on, on-site role based in the Perth CBD.

This position will suit someone with strong attention to detail, experience working within procurement or technology operations, and confidence working across purchasing, licensing, administrative tasks and ITSM ticketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage procurement of IT hardware, software, consumables and services
  • Ensure compliance with Common Use Agreements and digital purchasing requirements, including Microsoft licensing frameworks (Enterprise Agreements, CSP, SPLA)
  • Conduct supplier due diligence and onboard vendors into procurement systems and ITSM
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, licenses and contracts
  • Facilitate acquisition and deployment of IT assets into ITSM
  • Complete data entry of service and maintenance agreements, software and contracts
  • Collate reports for software, maintenance and service agreements
  • Assist the IT Financial Manager with license tracking, asset updates and quote management
  • Process credit card reconciliations and raise purchase requisitions
  • Verify IT deliveries, receipt invoices, order consumables and book couriers for equipment movements
  • Monitor centralised IT emails via ITSM, actioning and assigning tickets
  • Ensure company procedures and systems are followed consistently

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in administrative or procurement roles
  • Familiarity with D365 or similar ERP systems
  • Experience using ITSM toolsets for ticketing
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated ability to manage software licensing, procurement compliance and vendor onboarding
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, outcome-driven approach to work and problem-solving
  • Strong analytical capabilities for troubleshooting and data validation
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, including under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Desirable: experience in contract administration, asset lifecycle management and vendor engagement
  • Desirable: familiarity with Common Use Agreements, Microsoft licensing frameworks (EA, CSP, SPLA) and digital purchasing compliance
