Role: Iteration Manager – Hybrid Fibre Coaxial
Location: Melbourne
Contract duration: 6 months
About the Role
We’re seeking an Iteration Manager to support delivery across HFC network workstreams within a major telco program. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to drive outcomes, manage dependencies, and keep delivery on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HFC delivery — coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure milestones are met
- Run agile ceremonies — support team flow, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum
- Manage telco stakeholders — align engineering, network operations, and program teams across complex HFC initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience as an Iteration Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead
- Strong understanding of HFC networks and telco delivery environments
- Ability to work closely with network engineering and technical teams
- Strong communication, organisation, and delivery‑focused mindset
