About the Role
Our client is looking for a Product Manager to join our client’s Field Services team and lead transformation and improvement programs.
You’ll define product vision, gather requirements, prioritise features, and deliver high-quality solutions that support our client’s technology-enabled field force.
This role is critical to shaping our client’s strategic technology roadmap and ensuring scalable, automated IT solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver product strategy and roadmap for Field Services.
  • Lead discovery, design, and delivery of new capabilities and improvements.
  • Translate customer needs into business and technical requirements.
  • Manage and prioritise product backlog, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
  • Oversee SIT/UAT and ensure successful adoption of solutions.
  • Champion Agile practices across product development and delivery.
  • Monitor progress, testing, and deployment to ensure successful outcomes.

Required skills and experience

  • 7+ years’ experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in telecommunications or IT.
  • Strong background in technology transformation, system automation, and product delivery.
  • Skilled in Agile methodology, roadmap planning, governance, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow, AWS, and ServiceMax is preferred.
  • Ability to work in complex, matrix environments and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Telco experience not mandatory, but large-scale operational experience is desirable.
