About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of complex, end-to-end programs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing full lifecycle program delivery, from initiation through execution to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs across multiple workstreams.
• Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end program lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure effective communication between teams.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor program performance, track progress against milestones, and report outcomes to leadership.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in end-to-end program delivery across complex initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Prior experience in telco industry will be beneficial.
• Expertise in program governance, risk management, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
