We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and service delivery.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a large-scale transformation involving Salesforce, contact centre technologies, integrations, reporting, and automation across multiple business streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Build and maintain custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Validation Rules, and Custom Metadata.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Middleware, and External Services.
• Support the integration of Salesforce with contact centre and telephony platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect, or similar solutions.
• Develop intuitive user experiences leveraging Lightning Experience and Salesforce best practices.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to deliver operational and executive-level insights.
• Develop reporting capabilities for customer interactions, SLA compliance, milestones, and service performance metrics.
• Implement Salesforce security controls, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Roles, and Public Groups.
• Design and optimise Salesforce data models to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Support CI/CD deployment processes using Azure DevOps, Git, Copado, or similar tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Participate in design workshops, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Architects, Testers, and key stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.
• Ensure solutions meet governance, security, privacy, and accessibility requirements.

About You You will be a hands-on Salesforce Developer with strong technical expertise and experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Salesforce development including:
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce Flows
  • Visualforce
  • SOQL and SOSL
• Experience developing and consuming Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and governance models.
• Experience with Salesforce data modelling, objects, fields, and relationships.
• Experience using Salesforce development tools including VS Code, Developer Console, and Workbench.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD deployment practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Highly Desirable

• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
• Experience with OmniStudio and OmniScripts.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect, or similar.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or government environments.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Salesforce Public Sector Solutions certification.
