Born and bred in Dehli, India, Harjeet Kaur now proudly calls Melbourne home after nearly two decades of moving around Australia. In her role as Senior Account Manager for M&T VIC, she specialises within the logistics, utilities, local councils, federal government, and health industries.

“What I love most about recruitment is meeting new people and helping them to achieve their goals. It’s all about leaving a positive impact through relationship building and providing ongoing support and trust.”

The inclusive culture and continuous support provided by M&T were major factors that motivated her to join the team. She found that her values of loyalty, respect and empathy strongly aligned with those of M&T.

After work, you can find Harjeet catching a Pilates or Boxing class, and on weekends enjoys beach walks, brunches, and watching UFC and footy matches with mates at the pub.
