Tushar Musale

Tushar brings a technical lens and a deeply human approach to his work as a Recruitment Consultant in M&T Resources’ Canberra team. Specialising in ICT recruitment for the Government sector, he recruits across software development, testing, project delivery, infrastructure, data and technology leadership roles.

Originally from Mumbai, one of the world’s busiest and most vibrant cities, Tushar moved to Australia and now proudly calls it home. The move brought new experiences, friendships and opportunities, while giving him a strong connection to both cultures.

With a background in Computer Engineering, Tushar is able to understand the technical requirements of the roles he recruits for and have informed conversations with both candidates and hiring managers. Since beginning his recruitment career in 2021, he has worked across roles including Software Developers, Test Analysts, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Data Engineers and executive-level technology leaders.

That interest in people is what first drew Tushar to recruitment. Every conversation is different and he enjoys understanding what motivates someone beyond what appears on a CV. For him, the most rewarding part of the role is helping a candidate find an opportunity that improves their career or opens a new chapter in their life.

Away from work, Tushar enjoys public speaking, music, history, movies, hiking, travelling and discovering great food. Family is also central to his life, and he makes time to stay connected, celebrate milestones and support the people closest to him.
