Gabriela Leal serves as a Recruitment Consultant at M&T Resources QLD, specialising in the energy and utilities sector. With over two years of experience in recruitment, Gabriela has filled various ICT roles, from Developers to Product Managers and Business Analysts.

Originally from Brazil, Gabriela’s journey to Australia began with a visit in 2016, where she instantly fell in love, making Brisbane her home ever since.

Before her recruitment career, Gabriela spent over a decade as an HR business partner in Brazil. Her calling to assist individuals in securing their ideal career paths has been a lifelong passion.

Gabriela was drawn to M&T Resources due to its diverse range of industries and clientele, offering her the opportunity to delve into various sectors and roles.

During her downtime, Gabriela can be found unwinding by the beach, enjoying coffee with her partner, and spending quality time with Frankie, her beloved sausage dog. She also indulges in activities like hot yoga and mat pilates.

Her proudest achievements include her courageous move to Australia, learning a new language, obtaining an MBA, and thriving in her role at M&T.
