Kiernan McNeill

Great recruitment is often built on trust, and Kiernan brings that focus to his role as Senior Account Manager in M&T Resources’ Sydney team.

Kiernan recruits primarily within the Project Services vertical, supporting clients across Banking, Financial Services and Insurance, Energy and Utilities, Telecommunications, Property and Retail. His work is centred on understanding what each business needs, identifying the right people and building relationships that stand the test of time.

Born and raised in South Africa, Kiernan spent two years living in the UK before making Australia home nine years ago. That international experience has given him a broad perspective and the ability to connect easily with people from different backgrounds.

Kiernan entered recruitment after being introduced to an opportunity in the sector and has remained in the industry ever since. What continues to motivate him is the impact the work can have on a person’s career.

Outside of work, Kiernan enjoys golf, fishing, hiking, watching rugby union and planning travel adventures with his wife and child. A weekly BBQ or braai is also a firm family tradition, bringing a little piece of South African culture into everyday life.
