Rory is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at M&T Resources, specialising in technology recruitment across a broad range of industries. With eight years of experience, he has developed a reputation for taking on the roles others shy away from, helping organisations secure hard-to-find talent in competitive markets.

What Rory enjoys most about recruitment is solving difficult hiring challenges and making a genuine difference in people’s lives. Having started his career in HR, he quickly discovered that helping people find new opportunities was far more rewarding than any other part of the role.

Outside of work, Rory’s focus is firmly on family life. As a proud father of two young children, his weekends are typically filled with make-believe adventures, cubby house construction and everything that comes with raising a young family.
