Lisa Heritage

Lisa brings a journalist’s curiosity and a recruiter’s eye for the right match to her role as Senior Recruitment Consultant with M&T Resources in Perth.

Having started her recruitment career in 2008, Lisa works across the Resources, Government, Education and Not for Profit sectors. She recruits across project services, applications and infrastructure, with experience covering Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers, Data Analysts, Application Support, Cyber Security Analysts, Solution Architects, Network Engineers and ICT Support roles.

Lisa’s pathway into recruitment began after moving from the UK to Australia in 2006. She had grown up in Devon and Worcestershire, spent time working in community newspapers, then backpacked across Australia and Thailand before settling in Perth. While interviewing with an agency in 2008, she was asked whether recruitment might interest her. It did, and the industry has held her ever since.

Her background in journalism still shows in the way she works. Lisa enjoys asking good questions, meeting new people and building relationships that help her understand what candidates and clients need.
