The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Analyst with proven experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role is crucial in supporting the successful delivery of ERP projects and system enhancements within an Agile environment.
You’ll be part of a supportive IT team and play a key role in validating functionality, identifying issues early, and ensuring high-quality software delivery across Finance and Operations modules.

Skills & Experience
Key responsibilities include:

• Create, review and execute test cases for Dynamics 365 F&O modules
• Conduct end-to-end functional, integration and UAT testing
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Solution Architects
• Document test results, track defects and work through resolutions
• Support change and release management processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing standards and frameworks.

 To be successful you will have:
– Demonstrated experience as a Test Analyst
– Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Finance & Operations (F&O) – highly desirable.
– You will have experience testing ERP systems
– Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
– Experience with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, TestRail, JIRA)
– Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skill
– Knowledge of financial or supply chain business processes is advantageous.
