We’re looking for a Community Engagement Manager who knows how to connect people to purpose. You’ll help guide the voice of the community through some of NSW’s most important and visible redevelopment projects.
Working closely with project delivery and communications teams, you’ll lead engagement on high-profile, fast-paced initiatives – ensuring tenants, stakeholders, and the wider community feel informed, heard, and supported.
This is a unique opportunity to bring together strategy, empathy, and influence in a role that truly matters.

Your role will involve:

  • Leading the development and rollout of meaningful, best-practice community engagement strategies
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing insight, advice, and coordination across stakeholder groups
  • Designing and delivering engagement activities that give communities a voice in shaping outcomes
  • Analysing stakeholder sentiment and helping teams respond with clarity and care
  • Preparing communications and briefings that influence decision-making and build trust
  • Managing multiple workstreams with professionalism, precision, and purpose

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in community engagement, public affairs, or stakeholder management—preferably in the public sector or complex infrastructure environments
  • Confidence in navigating political, cultural, and social sensitivities with integrity and empathy
  • Outstanding communication skills – written, verbal, and visual
  • A calm, proactive approach to managing issues and complex feedback
  • The ability to manage competing priorities while keeping people and outcomes at the centre
