About the Role:
Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce) who has the ability to deal with technical stakeholders, translate their requirements, run workshops and also work closely with the PM to build solid relationships with key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Support successful data migration from SharePoint to Salesforce and Enterprise Document Management system.
- Act as a key liaison with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Analyzing, mapping, standardizing data, resolving data quality issues (in partnership with Business SMEs in source systems) and ensuring a compliant and smooth transition to a new platform.
- Enable business continuity of migrated applications, data integrity, traceability and migration to a new platform.
- Supporting migration and pre-production activities.
- Writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria in a software development environment.
- Understand, translate and document the business values and objectives, help shape project scope, and align project scope and deliverables to corporate strategy.
- Identify and understand business issues/pain points, and challenge thinking to resolve business problems.
Required skills and experience:
• Salesforce delivery experience is mandatory
• Salesforce Administrator or demonstrated relevant work experience understanding object modeling
• Strong understanding of data structures, including their organisation, relationships, and how they support efficient data management and processing.
• Advanced experience on SQL, Excel or ELT Tools for data analysis is mandatory.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst is preferred
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent requirements gathering and elicitation, preferably in Jira.
• Ability to think strategically, plan and perform core business analysis functions across the enterprise and full project lifecycle.
• Utilities experienced is preferred.
