A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a people focussed and values driven organisation on a permanent basis in the southern suburbs as Level 1/ 2 ICT Officer.
  
The Role
  
This role will serve as the first point of contact for IT support, providing both remote and onsite technical assistance. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime of end-user hardware, software, and equipment.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective Level 1/2 IT support via phone, email, or in person.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade end-user hardware and software, including PCs, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Efficiently triage support requests and accurately log all interactions
  • Assist with the configuration and deployment of new devices and applications.
  • Process onboarding and offboarding requests for end-user accounts and access.
  • Adhere to IT support procedures and contribute to their ongoing improvement.
  • Participate in IT maintenance activities, including updates, patches, and hardware/software upgrades.

To be successful you will also:

  • Be available to travel to any of our client’s Perth Metro sites
  • Be available for on-call IT support as part of a rotating roster
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience using enterprise ticketing systems, including managing and resolving tickets in line with SLAs.
