What You’ll Do

• Build and manage a talent pool of IT candidates
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles in software development, cybersecurity, cloud, data, and more
• Stay up-to-date with tech trends and market insights to advise clients and candidates

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment (IT sector preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive mindset and hunger for success
• Knowledge of the Canberra IT market or willingness to learn quickly (desirable but not essential)
