We are currently working with a multinational organisation that is seeking a skilled and motivated Level 2 Application Support Administrator to join our dynamic team in a permanent capacity.

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of key applications that support vital operations across our organisation. As the Application Support Administrator you will join their Level 2 Service Desk to work on some of the most complex, multi-vendor tech environments, alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve escalated tickets passed on from Level 1.
  • Administer and monitor storage technologies (SAN/NAS, block/file storage)
  • Oversee storage fabric, SDN, routing/switching, and hyper-converged infrastructure
  • Resolve incidents related to applications and operating systems (Mainly Unix, Linux and some windows)
  • Participate in 24/7 shift-based support
