As a Senior Recruitment Consultant with M&T Resources in Perth, Polly recruits technology-based positions across a broad mix of sectors throughout WA. Her focus sits within the PMO space, where she works across Business Analyst, Project Management, Change, Training, Communications and Data roles.

With around six years’ experience in recruitment, Polly brings a grounded and people-first style to her work. She values integrity, compassion, honesty and loyalty, and those qualities show in the way she supports candidates and clients through the recruitment process. Polly doesn’t see her work as simply matching a role to a CV. For her, It’s about understanding people properly, knowing what matters to them and helping create outcomes that feel right for both sides.

A Perth local, Polly has spent most of her life in WA, apart from a few years living on the Gold Coast. Her connection to Western Australia also comes through outside of work, with regular trips to Exmouth now a big part of her life.

“If I’m not in the kitchen cooking up a storm, I’m in Exmouth out to sea, fishing and snorkelling over the amazing coral reefs.”

Away from recruitment, Polly enjoys cooking, fishing, snorkelling and spending time with her pet parrot Max. She brings the same warmth and loyalty to her personal life as she does to her work, with a steady focus on doing things properly and treating people well.
