Since beginning his recruitment career nearly 20 years ago, Adam has built a reputation for developing strong relationships, helping organisations secure exceptional talent, and supporting professionals in achieving their career goals. What continues to drive him is seeing people reach their full potential and knowing he has played a part in their success.
Originally from the UK, Adam lived and worked in London for over a decade before relocating to Canberra in 2012. Today, he leads M&T Resources’ ACT office, bringing extensive experience across technology recruitment, managed services, and RPO environments. Throughout his career, he has partnered with organisations across a range of sectors, delivering tailored workforce solutions and building high-performing teams.
Adam is passionate about understanding the unique needs of both clients and candidates, providing a consultative approach that focuses on long-term outcomes rather than short-term placements. His commitment to excellence, combined with his genuine interest in helping others succeed, has enabled him to build lasting relationships throughout the industry.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, staying active through boxing and running, and creating family experiences through travel and outdoor adventures. Family remains at the centre of everything he does, underpinning both his personal and professional values.
