Jennifer Badger

Jennifer is an M&T Resources Recruitment Consultant based in Brisbane and specialises in the government sector.

Jennifer previously studied psychology and got into recruitment following an internship where she discovered recruitment is a great way of helping individuals be successful. With 7 years of recruitment experience behind her – several of which spent in internal recruitment – Jennifer was delighted to secure a role at M&T and get back into the fast pace of agency life.

Originally from Hungary, Jennifer arrived in Australia in August 2024 after making the decision to follow a lifelong dream with her partner and create a new chapter down under.

“I’ve never seen myself as particularly brave or someone who takes big risks, so moving to the other side of the world, leaving behind a steady job, my home and my family to start a new life has definitely been my biggest accomplishment. And finding a job that aligns with my career goals makes it all feel even more rewarding.”

Jennifer was won over by M&T in the recruitment process, when it was clear that work positivity and collaboration is the aim of the game here at M&T.

With her psychology background and passion for helping people, Jennifer excels at building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, and prides herself on consistency and open communication when it comes to sharing feedback and updates, to ensure the best possible experience.

In her personal time, Pilates and yoga is how Jennifer loves to keep her mind and body healthy and happy. And on weekends, spending time at the beach or in nature, iced latte in hand, is where she is most likely to be spotted!
