Kevin Howell
Kevin is the Regional Manager for M&T Resources in Western Australia, where he leads the WA business and supports major corporate customers as a senior escalation point. With more than 25 years’ recruitment experience across the UK and Australia, Kevin brings deep industry knowledge, calm leadership and a strong people-first approach to his role.
While his leadership remit spans the broader business, Kevin personally focuses on the Not for Profit and Health sectors. He is especially passionate about building strong teams, creating inclusive environments and helping people succeed in ways that last beyond a single placement or project.

Kevin’s recruitment career began with an unexpected opportunity and grew into a long-term profession that suited him well. Over time, he found the industry brought together the parts of work he values most: building relationships, solving commercial challenges and making a genuine difference for clients, candidates and colleagues.
After relocating from the UK to Australia in 2021, Kevin was looking for a role that would allow him to return to a corporate environment within a specialist IT recruitment business. M&T Resources offered exactly that, along with the opportunity to grow something meaningful in the WA market.

Professionally, Kevin is proud to have won an APAC Leadership Award and to have played a key role in building M&T’s WA business from the ground up. Personally, his proudest achievement is welcoming his daughter Suraya into the world after years of trying.
Outside of work, Kevin’s time is centred around family, football and the outdoors.
“A passionate football fan, proud dad of Suraya and Oscar. I enjoy supporting Tottenham Hotspur, walking my dog River, spending time at the beach and pool and cheering on my son from the sidelines each weekend.”
Whether he is leading a team, supporting a customer or spending time with his family, Kevin is driven by honesty, integrity and teamwork.
