Nick Brill

For Nick, recruitment is about understanding people properly, building trust and helping clients and candidates find the right fit.

Nick is an Account Manager in M&T Resources’ ACT team, working exclusively within the ICT sector. With six years’ experience in recruitment, he specialises across a broad range of technology areas including software development, testing, cloud computing, IT infrastructure and digital transformation.

Nick grew up in Canberra, spent around 12 years in Sydney then returned to the ACT, giving him an appreciation for both city life and the quieter pace of his hometown. His path into recruitment was shaped by a genuine interest in people and the satisfaction that comes from guiding them through important career or hiring decisions.

At M&T Resources, Nick was drawn to the business’s strength in the Canberra ICT market. The vision for the ACT team clicked with him and the opportunity to be part of a nationwide company made the move feel like the right one.

Nick is driven by integrity, strong relationships and doing his best in every interaction. One of his proudest moments was helping a candidate secure their dream job after a long search.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, family and friends. You will often find him on the golf course, though he is the first to admit he is far from a pro, or relaxing with his two whippets and enjoying the simple joys.
