The Client

The Role

As a key member of the ERP project team, you’ll lead the end-to-end testing process —planning, coordinating, and executing test activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with business users, analysts, and developers to drive automation, mitigate risk, and support successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage automated and manual testing for ERP systems.
• Develop test strategies, plans, cases, and automation scripts.
• Facilitate functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather test requirements.
• Track, manage, and resolve defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Maintain test environments and ensure readiness for go-live.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

You will have the following:

• Experience in coordinating testing for large-scale ERP or enterprise IT projects.
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks and tools (e.g. Selenium).
• Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Strong analytical thinking and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior testers or team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• ISTQB Foundation certification preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with PRINCE2 or other project management frameworks is a plus.
