M&T Resources is partnering with a leading organisation in Perth to recruit a highly motivated Business Analyst- finance to coordinate and deliver a portfolio of strategic finance projects.  This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of financial governance, operational efficiency, and compliance across the organisation.
  
The role
  
As the Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of multiple initiatives—leading planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting activities. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the Institute, you’ll design and implement practical, impactful solutions that support organisational goals and strengthen financial management practices.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  
Key deliverables include:

• Leading the implementation of a new purchase ordering system
• ESG compliance planning – developing a roadmap, engaging stakeholders and identifying relevant standards and reporting frameworks
• Finance policy review – Audit and streamline existing financial policies and procedures ensuring reflects regulatory and operational needs
• Design and implement a new Delegations of Authority framework

You will also possess:

• Experience in business process analysis and operational improvement initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other project tools such as Jira
• Familiarity with project and change methodologies such as Agile
