We are currently seeking a highly skilled Power Platform / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support the design, development, and delivery of robust enterprise solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in Power Platform development, D365 CRM customisation, and integration using Microsoft technologies.

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in developing Power Platform solutions and CRM customisations using JavaScript or C#
• 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM Development, Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions
• Strong working understanding of Dynamics 365
• Proven experience delivering CRM solutions using Power Apps (at least 2–3 relevant projects)
• Proficient in JavaScript, custom connectors/actions/plugins, and orchestration using Microsoft tools
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, entity creation, forms, views, security roles, and business rules
• Ability to develop applications that enhance or extend Power Platform solutions
• Experience configuring Dataverse, connectors, and integrating with Azure, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise systems

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with the Australian Energy sector
• Experience in Dynamics 365 Administration and Configuration
• Power Automate Flows, Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps
• Development experience with D365 Online
• Integration with SharePoint Online, APIs, workflows, and action events
• Power BI development experience (desirable)
• Data migration experience into Dataverse
• Experience with Git-based source control systems in a team environment
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira for backlog and delivery management
• Experience managing Build and Release pipelines
• Understanding of Systems Analysis, SDLC, and QA practices
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels to gather and translate requirements
