We are currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Strategy Consultant to support a major transformation initiative for a large government client. This is a high-impact role within a strategic program focused on modernising core and enabling technologies across a complex IT environment.
You’ll be responsible for shaping and steering enterprise architecture strategy, working closely with business leaders, architects, and delivery teams to design a forward-looking technology landscape that supports long-term goals.

�� Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies, blueprints, and roadmaps
• Lead architectural planning across applications, integration, cloud, infrastructure, and security domains
• Guide IT transformation initiatives and align them with enterprise objectives
• Manage technology portfolios and help reduce technical debt
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Mentor and support other architects in best practices and strategic alignment
• Use architecture tools such as Sparx EA, iServer, ARIS, etc., to maintain design artefacts

• Deep experience in enterprise architecture within large, complex environments
• Proven ability to shape and influence technology strategy at an organisational level
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills
• Able to work confidently in dynamic, high-pressure environments
• Skilled in simplifying complexity and delivering actionable insights

�� Requirements

• Australian citizen, permanent resident, or NZ citizen
• Baseline security clearance (or ability to obtain it)
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• Ability to work 40 hours/week on-site in Parramatta, with some travel as required
