Are you an organized and tech-savvy administrator looking to contribute to the success of Learning and Development initiatives within a large, high-impact government organization? We’re seeking a proactive Learning and Development Administrator to support our busy L&D team and help deliver high-quality programs and services.

About the Role: You’ll play a key role in supporting the Learning and Development team with a range of administrative and coordination responsibilities.

Your duties will include:

• Coordinating team activities, meetings, and communications
• Managing training logistics, including room bookings, catering, and pre-work
• Supporting Learning Management System (LMS) administration (Saba Cloud preferred)
• Assisting with vendor onboarding and tracking contracts
• Handling procurement tasks and processing invoices
• Developing and refining internal admin processes and user guides
• Preparing internal communications and updates about learning programs
• Assisting in monitoring the L&D budget and monthly reporting

About You: To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar
• At least 2 years of experience in a Learning Administration role
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and customer service skills
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
• Ideally, experience with Learning Management Systems
